When you get right down to it, this is a travel blog. And, as for travel blogs, there are plenty. So, what makes ours different?
To us, it has always seemed that travel blogs are geared toward specific subsets of people at particular moments in their lives. One may be geared toward the college student traveling on a shoestring. Another toward couples traveling with their young child. Some are for multilingual travelers, others for monolinguals. Yet others geared toward the photographer, the painter, the biker, the hiker.
Our travel blog is unique, in that it chronicles the individual perspectives of the six members of our family – hence, our Six Takes. Our ages range from 6 to 40, we have different tastes, likes, dislikes, and capabilities, yet we each seek experiences to fulfill our sense of wonder and excitement.
